Ardeevin offers equity to fund value add and opportunistic strategies with a focus on residential led opportunities in Ireland.

We typically invest between €5m and €50m of equity into each deal. Larger transactions with exceptional risk adjusted returns are also considered.

The firm’s risk appetite extends to development (pre-let and speculative) – lease up and re-letting strategies – individual asset repositioning – portfolio aggregation and break ups.
